Retail and warehouse pickup
We can collect prepared furniture from a store, warehouse, or approved pickup location when the order, contact, release instructions, hours, and item dimensions are confirmed.
Pickup, transport, and placement
Furniture delivery should account for more than the drive between two addresses. The pickup contact, item dimensions, access path, stairs, loading location, protection needs, and final room placement all affect the job. One Foot Forward Logistics LLC provides local furniture pickup and delivery for store purchases, marketplace finds, household transfers, and selected pieces throughout the St. Louis service area.
Open daily, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Same-day or next-day availability may be possible when scheduling permits.
Customers receive a job-specific estimate based on the actual item and access information. We can coordinate with the details you provide for the seller, store, warehouse, residence, or receiving contact. Same-day or next-day availability may be possible when scheduling, pickup readiness, and access permit.

For a private sale or household transfer, provide accurate contact details and confirm that the item is ready, accessible, and approved for release before the crew arrives.
Furniture is evaluated for blanket protection, wrapping, securement, vehicle space, and job-specific handling before transport.
The crew can carry items through the confirmed access path and place them in the requested room when dimensions and site conditions allow safe entry.
Confirm the item’s assembled dimensions, estimated weight, condition, packaging, pickup hours, order or release requirements, and whether staff will assist at the origin. Measure doors, hallways, stair turns, elevators, and the final room path. Tell us if the item is boxed, assembled, fragile, glass-topped, unusually valuable, or located above or below ground level. The customer is responsible for confirming that the item may be released and that access is available at both locations.
Job-appropriate equipment may include the F-250, moving blankets, ratchet straps, hand trucks, furniture dollies, protective wrapping, mattress covers, and other suitable tools. Appliance dollies may be used when the item and access call for them. Protection and securement are selected from the details supplied; they do not guarantee that an item will fit through an unmeasured opening. One Foot Forward Logistics LLC is insured with general liability and umbrella coverage without publishing policy limits.
Send the pickup and delivery addresses, item photos, dimensions, estimated weight if known, floor and stair details, parking distance, pickup contact, receiving contact, and desired timing. Final pricing depends on inventory, labor, access conditions, travel, and required equipment. Added items, delayed release, assembly needs not disclosed in advance, or difficult access can change the final work required.

Yes, when the pickup is confirmed and the item is ready for release. Share order, seller, contact, hours, dimensions, and access information with the quote request.
Room placement can be included when the path is accessible and the item fits safely. Measure doorways, turns, stairs, elevators, and the final space before pickup.
Do not assume assembly is included. Describe any required disassembly or reassembly in advance so One Foot Forward can confirm whether it is available and include the time in the estimate.
Same-day or next-day availability may be possible when scheduling permits and the item is ready. Store hours, seller timing, travel, and access also affect the appointment.
Provide item photos and dimensions, both addresses, stairs or elevator details, parking distance, contacts, timing, and any special handling needs.
